Africa: Diplomats Warn India Over Games Facilities
African diplomats have told India that they will not allow their sportspeople to lodge in facilities that do not meet minimum hygienic standards after their inspection of the Commonwealth Games village discovered it was in "unsanitary with inadequate bed-capacity".
